“ Great atmosphere and it's nice to see a non chain coffee place here. The Japanese style cheesecake is worth trying. It's a light and fluffy cheesecake that still feels like a cheesecake. Just be aware that this is not a "rush thru in the morning" pace of shop from my visit. It's a more relaxed atmosphere. I say that as a good thing, since the factory style places get old fast. ”

“ Japanese cheese cake is creamy with airer texture, more subtle sweetness with the strawberry jam providing a delightful hint of fruit, compare to famous NY cheese cake. flat white is deeply aromatic, topped with a silky layer of microfoam . i also like its blue theme decoration which is really chill ”

“ We checked out a new-ish shop in the area after it was suggested by someone I know. They’ve been open for about 8 months now (as of this review). Was looking forward to trying a Japanese cheesecake, but unfortunately they ran out But the menu is pretty simple. Has your usual coffee and tea offerings. Their cappuccinos/flat whites are 8 ounces instead of the traditional 6 ounces, so if you’re looking for something less milky, a cortado is always a good go to. As far as equipment goes: - They have a nice La Marzocco Linea PB machine (that looks to be serviced by @invokecoffeetech ) - A Mahlkönig GBW grinder dialed in to pull 21g triple shots. - Mahlkönig Guatemala grinder paired with a FETCO for their batch brew. - And what looks to be a Turin DF64 for the single origin espresso and Aeropress grinds. What we got was a Golden Latte, Cortado, and a single origin Ethiopia espresso. The nice little cookies on the side of each drink were an amazing touch! Also got a 1:12.5 ratio Aeropress of the Ethiopia Guji coffee (not pictured) They’re using a small batch Akron local roaster, MOMI coffee roasters, for their beans. Really liked the packaging of the coffee, and will definitely have to see what all offerings they have. The overall space is really nice and relaxing, and love that they have a lot of plants and a cozy little church corner. The wall art behind the espresso machine was a really nice touch that I enjoyed looking at. Will definitely have to come back again at some point and hopefully catch that cheesecake that lured me in originally! ”

“ This place was so cute, cozy and inviting. I stopped here on a whim and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the coffee. This was some of the best coffee that I've had in a long time. I'm not a local but will definitely return when I am in the area again! ”

“ Visiting from out of town and decided to stop in on a quest for excellent coffee. Happy to say that this place definitely delivered!! The flat white and chocolate croissant were absolutely delicious, service was very quick and friendly, and the shop was bright and spacious. Had a several hours to kill before a wedding and was able to stay and work with no problems (was there between 12 and 3 on a Saturday and there was plenty of seating. I cannot speak to the outlet situation, though, as I did not need one). I am only sad it's not closer to home; I will definitely be stopping by again the next time I am even remotely nearby. Highly recommend! ”
